GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT

From the level car parking area right outside, and no steps to negotiate you enter the ground floor suite, consisting of a conservatory/breakfast room. large twin bedroom with TV. DVD. radio and refreshment tray, adjoining this is the wet floor shower room. Breakfast time in our bright conservatory is a great time to plan the day's activities. The suite is to category 2 disabled standard, is wheelchair - friendly with accessible shower and toilet.

FIRST FLOOR FAMILY/TWIN/DOUBLE APARTMENT
the upstairs area is extensive with a large private lounge and open fire,TV. DVD. and music centre. The bedroom has both a double bed and a single bed, refreshment tray and there is a large private bathroom adjoining the bedroom.

* Extra Beds: There is a travel cot and futon bed available for younger children, and z-beds for extra guests.

* Pets: Pets are welcome by arrangement.

* Breakfast: This can be a full English, any combination of this, or vegetarian. Home made bread, jams and marmalades,

* Eat In: Our two course meal with coffee/tea is £8.00pp. Our meat products are sourced from within our local farming community, and we use home grown fruit and vegetables in our cooking whenever possible.

* Fair Trade: Fair Trade tea,coffee,sugar and chocolate sachets used in our rooms.

* Activities: Horse Riding,Clay Pigeon Shooting,Fishing and Golf are all available localy.
